I made this and just used the material i was sewing with in place of the muslin and it worked great :) my only question is how to size this up or down? my daughter is 4 and I am praying this fits good but if not I can probably just take in the elastic and that should make up the difference, but in the instance I make it again how would you recommend sizing? I had not idea how to make it. I got on printerist and your sight was the first one that I felt to look at. I have to say you really did a great job in explaining step by step how to do it. I think that I can actually do it. The Waag family traditionally made their living as weavers, tailors and clothiers, both in the US and in Germany, so your "Waag blaag" about sewing particularly caught my attention. John F.'s daughters are said to have established a dress shop in Chicago. regards, Frank (Waag-Riley) Kirwin-HallAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09816412801054022382noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7612152157842066869.post-88831288319437825032014-01-04T09:12:05.851-08:002014-01-04T09:12:05.851-08:00I'm so glad that it was helpful! I used batting (that was lying around) instead of muslin and made some other minor (emergency) changes. Thanks again.
